Kim Cattrall has confirmed the ‘Sex and the City’ franchise may continue. The 53-year-old actress suggested that the film versions of the original television series may continue on past a second outing.
She said: “It was fantastic. I think as long as we have stories to tell. It was very interesting because we did this series for six years and we ended it at the exact right moment, we didn’t repeat ourselves.
“I think we’ll tell stories as long as they are there to tell.”
The star, who plays maneater Samantha Jones in the movie, also confirmed that shooting had wrapped on the second film.
Although Kim would not confirm much of the storyline, she did discuss filming in Marrakech.
“It was really fascinating to take these four strong independent women from a completely different society and plop them into that world. And all of the storylines that happen from that are extraordinary.
“There was one particular day where I spent almost 12 hours on a camel in the Sahara.”
She told British TV host Jonathan Ross: “This second one I can tell you I’ve never had so much fun in my life.”
